Each fall, join Adam Bierton at the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) for a series of live pumpkin carving demonstrations, culminating in the grand finale—carving the largest pumpkin in the country the final weekend of October. Every weekend leading up to Halloween, Adam showcases his extraordinary skills, transforming pumpkins into intricate works of art. The highlight of the season is the giant pumpkin carving, where Adam brings his creative vision to life on a monumental scale.
